Marielle B. Sider founded Sider Law, P.C. to provide a tailored, client-centered approach for California employees facing injustice in the workplace. She is dedicated to helping clients move forward by advocating for them through anger, grief, and the pursuit of justice in employment and labor law matters, including retaliation, harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, disability rights, and wage and hour violations.

Marielle brings extensive litigation and trial experience, having secured seven and eight-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of her clients. She is committed to protecting individual rights regardless of race, gender, socioeconomic status, or religion.

She is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (WLALA), the State Bar of California, and the American Bar Association.
